Yes, we have additional fees for unpopular items, depending on the item’s characteristics. When you check out, the total cost, including any fees, will be listed before you order a product.
How can I track the delivery of my package?
You can track your package through the dashboard in your account. An account will be created automatically after payment.
Can you attach an invoice for the goods?
Yes, we attach an invoice with a description of the goods in each package.
Do you use regular or express shipping?
We send goods by express delivery.
How long does it take to deliver goods?
It takes us 7-14 days to deliver goods to the USA. Everywhere else in the world, including Europe, it takes between 7-21 days for a package to arrive.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, we have a 30-day money-back and merchandise return policy from the date of purchase if your product breaks during delivery or is not delivered. However, both of these cases are extremely rare.

Do you sell new or used items?
We sell new, surplus inventory that has never been used.
